Recently, QGM's ZN900CG fully automatic block machine with curing rack production line was sent to El Salvador, Central America, which just finished production and passed commissioning. The client’s company is well-known in local construction field and building materials field, and already has a European block machine in the production of concrete blocks, In view of the expansion of production scale and the increasing demand for new building materials in the local market, the client decided to expand production. After comparing many domestic block molding machine suppliers, the client preferred QGM's solution with the curing rack system, which is highly efficient and easy to operate. And the configuration of the ZN900CG quick mold change system and servo vibration technology also deeply attracted the client, so the order was finally confirmed in July 2021.
After two years, QGM makes the effort to meet the requirements and project needs of the client, finally completed the block machine production commissioning, and delivered it to the client's factory in July of this year. We will also send our technicians to the client's plant to install and commission the block machine while helping the client to operate this automatic block machine expertly so that the client’s company can produce concrete blocks to complete the construction of economic housing for the local government.
