On November 21st, 2023, the three-day 19th National Forum on Sustainable Development of Commercial Concrete and 2023 China Commercial Concrete Annual Meeting came to a successful conclusion. The annual meeting was themed “Consolidate the Foundation with Firm Confidence and Sustain the Steady Growth” to encourage and guide the industry grow stronger and make steady progress in spite of difficulties. It comprised multi-dimensional and multi-perspective discussions focusing on product quality and services, technological innovation strengthening, build and maintain corporate brands, explore transformation and upgrading, etc.
The annual meeting was hosted by Institute of Technical Information for Building Materials Industry of China (ITIBMIC) and the Committee of Concrete, China Bulk Cement Association of Popularization & Development (CBCA), and was co-organized by Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. (QGM in short) and other companies. A total of more than 600 representatives participated for this grand event. During the conference, more than 30 companies participated in the Exhibition of New Concrete Products and New Equipment held by the organizing committee at the same time. Mr. Binghuang Fu, Chairman of QGM, was invited to participate in the meeting.
The conference officially opened on November 19th. In the special report session, Yang Wang, Assistant to Chairman of QGM, gave a themed report on Making Cement Brick by Solid Waste: Green Intelligent Equipment to Build a Beautiful City. The report pointed out that QGM starting from the current situation and prospects of solid waste resource utilization in China, comprehensively utilizes solid waste and other raw materials to produce permeable bricks, curb stones, imitation stone PC bricks and other products automatically and intelligently, which not only solves the circular application of solid waste, but also creates good economic benefits for the enterprise.
In addition, QGM also won the “2022-2023 Best Brand Demonstration Enterprise in China’s Commercial Concrete Industry”. This honor explains that QGM has grown under adverse situation despite the impact of the epidemic and raw materials by adhering to its business philosophy of “Quality Decides Value, Professionalism Creates Enterprise” and attaching great importance to brand building, low-carbon green development, industrial chain extension, and strength enhancement in all aspects, and it continues to move towards the direction to “Integrated Solution Provider for Global Block Making”.
In the evening, the welcome dinner “Night of QGM” sponsored by QGM was successfully held at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pujiang Hotel. Mr. Binghuang Fu, Chairman of QGM, gave a welcome speech. In his speech, he expressed the hope that in the days to come, QGM can work together with many outstanding entrepreneurs in the concrete industry to continue to explore more environmental friendly, efficient and high-quality concrete production methods and hoped that through this platform, the industry can strengthen exchanges and cooperation and jointly contribute to green buildings and sustainable development.
On the morning of November 21st, representatives attending the conference collectively visited the cement block production line utilizing construction waste at SDIC WELLE Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. The QGM solid waste block making production line operating at full capacity on site became the focus of everyone’s attention. The crushed construction solid waste was turned into neat and beautiful bricks in just ten seconds. Intelligent equipment, zero-pollution and zero-emission production process and QGM equipment left a deep impression on representatives.
