Our engineers have paid special attention to the hydraulic clamping system: it locks the mold during vibration to prevent edge roughness and maintains parallelism within 0.3 mm across the pallet face, which is critical for interlocking pavers and stackable hollow blocks.

When operated with locally available aggregates, cement, and minimal additives, a single line of this Cement Block Machinery can deliver 8,000 to 15,000 standard hollow blocks per 8-hour shift, depending on model selection and product cavity depth. Output for pavers and solid bricks remains equally impressive, typically ranging from 2,500 to 6,000 square meters of paving per day. The designs also accommodate thin-wall blocks for earthquake-resistant zones and high-capacity blocks for retaining walls, giving producers access to specialized market segments without additional capital outlay.
