On November 22nd, the first overseas training base for engineers and technicians of China Concrete and Cement-base Products Association (hereinafter referred to as “CCPA”) – Eco-Concrete Masonry Materials and Engineers Training Base for Concrete and Cement Products Industry (Germany Station) – was launched at Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Zenith) in Neunkirchen, Saarland. The training base is jointly constructed by China Concrete and Cement Products Association (CCPA), Quangong Machinery Co.,Ltd and ZENITH. The launching ceremony was presided over by Dr. Chen Yu, Deputy Secretary General of CCPA, Mr. Zhang Dengping, Vice President of CCPA and Chairman of Beijing Jiangong New Building Materials Co., Ltd, Mr. Guan Yangchun, Vice President of CCPA and Chairman of Qingdao Global Group Co., Ltd, Mr. Fu Xinyuan, General Manager of Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd, Mr. Heiko Boes, General Manager of ZENITH, local media reporters attended the event. In addition, Li Zhiling, Deputy Secretary General of CCPA and Director of the Center for International Cooperation, and more than 20 people from the delegation of CCPA’s “Transformation and Upgrading of the Concrete and Cement Products Industry and High-Quality Development Exchanges and Research (Europe)”, including heads of China’s ready-mixed concrete, prefabricated concrete, and equipment enterprises, and representatives of local industry associations, were invited to attend the launching ceremony.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Zhang Dengping, Vice President of CCPA, delivered a speech on behalf of CCPA. He said that in recent years, Chinese government has attached great importance to the training and evaluation of talents, and has issued a number of policies to vigorously promote the construction of vocational system for technical and skilled personnel, which plays an important role in promoting the high-quality and innovative development of enterprises and industries. At the same time, with the proposal and implementation of the national “One Belt, One Road” strategy, Chinese construction engineering enterprises have gone abroad on a large scale, The internationalization of Chinese construction standards and the emergence of a huge demand for training foreign concrete engineers and technicians have put forward higher requirements for technical and skilled personnel in the concrete industry. China Concrete and Cement Products Association, together with Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zenith, Germany, will jointly build a training base for eco-concrete masonry materials and engineers and technicians in Germany, which will create a world-class vocational training base for eco-masonry personnel, build a talent cultivation and operation management system for eco-masonry smart factories, and provide the industry with more technically skilled and specialized talents with an international outlook, and further enhance Chinese and the international concrete industry. Mr. Heiko Boes spoke on behalf of Zenith Germany, said that he was very glad to be able to build a training base for the industry in Zenith, together with China Concrete and Cement Products Association and Quangong Machinery Co,.Ltd.
Afterwards, Vice President Zhang Dengping and Mr. Heiko Boes jointly unveiled the plaque for the training base, and Vice President Guan Yangchun issued a certificate of recognition of the training base to Zenith.
After the launching of the training base for eco-concrete masonry materials and engineers in the concrete and cement products industry (Germany Station), China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association will cooperate with Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd and Zenith to carry out the training of concrete masonry materials and engineers, technicians and skilled personnel. The German training base will be responsible for providing job internship training for senior technical and senior management personnel.
