Recently, a delegation led by the Intellectual Property Application and Promotion Section of the Quanzhou Administration for Market Regulation visited Fujian Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. to provide on-site guidance regarding the company's efforts to become a "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" and its implementation of patent navigation projects. This initiative focused on key aspects of the company's intellectual property (IP) operations; through policy interpretation, site visits, and roundtable discussions, the delegation offered a precise assessment of the company's status and provided strategic recommendations. The aim was to assist Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. in further enhancing its capabilities in IP creation, application, protection, and management, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of Quanzhou's equipment manufacturing industry.

At Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.’s production and R&D base, the delegation from the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation gained a detailed understanding of the company's patent portfolio and technology commercialization efforts in core technical fields—specifically eco-friendly block molding equipment, solid waste resource utilization, and intelligent complete sets of equipment. They also extended their congratulations to the company for being selected as a candidate for the "2025–2027 National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" program. As the first enterprise in the Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone to receive this distinction, Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. has consistently prioritized technological innovation over the years. To date, the company has secured over 400 product patents—including more than 30 invention patents—and has successfully passed the Level 1 assessment for ISO 56005, the international standard for "Innovation and Intellectual Property Management." During the guidance session, officials focused on the criteria for becoming a National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise and the implementation requirements for patent navigation projects. Drawing upon relevant policies—such as the "Opinions of the Quanzhou Municipal People's Government on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Intellectual Property"—they provided a detailed explanation of the application conditions, funding subsidies, and operational essentials for both industry-planning and enterprise-operation-focused patent navigation projects, while also offering specific recommendations tailored to Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.’s actual needs. Company representatives expressed that this on-site guidance was both timely and highly practical; it not only deepened their understanding of relevant policies but also provided clear direction for the company's next steps in refining its IP strategy and successfully implementing its patent navigation projects.

A representative from the Intellectual Property Application and Promotion Section of the Quanzhou Administration for Market Regulation stated that, moving forward, the bureau will continue to focus on the entire IP value chain—encompassing creation, application, protection, management, and services.
