During the event, the Lean Office presented a detailed report on the improvement proposals submitted from April to June. Statistics show that cumulative savings from April to June reached 365,600 yuan, with the majority of proposals rated at Levels 5 and 6, and a high number of participants. These proposals have saved the company significant man-hours and costs.
