Recently, Quangong Machinery Co.,Ltd (QGM) welcomed a delegation of teachers and students from the School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering at Liming Vocational University. Led by Vice Dean Cheng Yongqiang and Director of the Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Department Li Jiaxin, the delegation embarked on a fruitful company visit and job development exchange. We are deeply honored to have this opportunity to interact deeply with university faculty and students.

As a manufacturer of cement block forming machines, we first gave the visiting teachers and students a comprehensive overview of QGM's development history. From the arduous exploration in our early days to our current position in the industry, every step of our growth has been inseparable from technological innovation and market accumulation. We also elaborated on our company's cultural philosophy, "Striving for Excellence, Creating the Future Intelligently," which guides our continuous development. Regarding our core business layout, we highlighted our layout and achievements in eco-block equipment and related supporting businesses, providing the teachers and students with a comprehensive understanding of QGM.

In the production workshop, the students observed the complete eco-brick production line up close. From the precise processing of raw materials to the complex process of producing the finished product, every step demonstrates the efficiency and precision of automated production. Advanced production equipment operated smoothly, and efficient automated processes significantly improved production efficiency, while a strict quality control system ensured high product quality. The students frequently paused to observe, expressing keen interest in the modern production model.

In the Technology R&D Center, R&D personnel enthusiastically demonstrated the company's achievements in developing new products and technologies. From the development of new eco-bricks to technological innovations in production equipment, each achievement embodies the wisdom and dedication of the R&D team. We also shared the advanced technologies and innovative concepts used in the R&D process, hoping to inspire the students and broaden their professional horizons.

Afterwards, the head of the company's Human Resources department engaged in in-depth discussions with the students. For positions related to mechanical design and manufacturing, we detailed the specific responsibilities of the positions, providing students with a clear understanding of the tasks they would undertake in the real world. Regarding skill requirements, based on industry development and company realities, we outlined key elements such as solid professional knowledge and strong practical skills. We also outlined clear career paths for the students, encouraging them to plan their careers and prepare for future employment.

This visit by teachers and students from Liming Vocational University was also a valuable exchange opportunity for us. Through interactions with faculty and students, we gained a deeper understanding of the university's talent development goals and felt the young students' thirst for professional knowledge and aspirations for the future.
