The Automatic Brick Free Machinery incorporates a rigid four-column frame structure machined from single-piece cast steel, delivering parallelism tolerance within 0.02 mm across the pressing surface. A frequency-controlled vibration table with six synchronized motors generates 90–130 kN of excitation force, achieving compaction densities that rival fired clay bricks. The material feed hopper is equipped with a load-cell weigher and an arch-breaking agitator, which together maintain a dosing deviation of less than ±1.5% regardless of raw material moisture variations between 8% and 15%. Mold changeover is completed within 45 minutes thanks to a hydraulic clamping mechanism and quick-release guide rails, allowing a single line to switch between standard pavers, curbstones, and interlocking blocks without additional alignment tools. An integrated mist lubrication system automatically applies release agent to mold surfaces every 45 cycles, extending mold life beyond 300,000 strokes while keeping the finished brick surface clean and free of staining.
