The High Position Palletizing System (Cuber) elevates stacking operations above conveyors, freeing valuable floor space and enabling pallet discharge at ergonomic heights. This design uses a gantry-style frame with a lifting carriage that grips concrete blocks, pavers, or slabs from an incoming layer table and precisely positions them onto a waiting pallet. An integrated squaring device aligns each layer during transfer, while the cuber configuration rotates alternating layers to interlock products, ensuring stack integrity during transport and storage. The operator interface provides pre-programmed patterns for common block sizes and allows custom pattern creation through a intuitive touchscreen, making the system equally effective for standard 8-inch CMUs or specialized paving products.
