The AAC panel machine adopts a tilting-type mold system with built-in steel reinforcement positioning, enabling the production of panels up to 6 meters in length and 600 mm in width. Its core technologies include automatic slurry dosing, high-frequency vibration for bubble formation, and a twin-wire cutting unit that guarantees flatness within ±1 mm. The machine’s wet panel handling robot transfers green cakes to the steam-curing cart without deformation, while the autoclave cycle at 1.2 MPa and 190°C delivers compressive strength above 5.0 MPa.
