Operators benefit from a touchscreen panel with recipe memory, fault diagnostics, and remote troubleshooting via Ethernet. The vibration system uses twin eccentric shafts with variable frequency, delivering adjustable amplitude for different aggregate mixes. Pallet feeding, block ejection, and cubing are fully coordinated, limiting human intervention and ensuring consistent block height and density.
