The heart of our manufacturing line is the grass planting brick machine, a vibration-press unit that accepts a dry mix concrete formula and compacts it within reliable steel molds. The machine features an independent hydraulic station, a PLC control panel with touch screen interface, and a heavy-duty welded frame to withstand the stresses of continuous operation. We offer diverse mold options to produce various cavity designs—from square to hexagonal patterns—tailoring the grass area ratio to specific project requirements. Adjustment of block height is straightforward, enabling the production of pavers ranging from 60mm to 120mm in thickness. With fast mold change systems, operators can switch designs in under 30 minutes, enhancing versatility without compromising efficiency.
