The Low Position Palletizing System (Cuber) employs a heavy gauge welded steel frame and a precision layer-forming module that gently arranges blocks into exact patterns. Products enter at a low infeed level where an intelligent servo-driven pusher aligns each layer with repeatable accuracy, after which a clamp mechanism securely transfers the layer onto a waiting pallet. The entire sequence is governed by a user-friendly PLC interface with a color touchscreen, allowing operators to easily adjust stack patterns, layer counts, and pallet sizes without mechanical alterations. Safety sensors surround the working zone, and an automatic pallet dispenser feeds empty pallets continuously, enabling lights-out operation. All contact surfaces are treated with wear-resistant hardening, and central lubrication points simplify maintenance. This system consistently produces tight, stable cube stacks for a wide range of block dimensions and production volumes.
