By using this platform, the equipment failure resolution time has been reduced from 15 days to 24 hours, and the after-sales service efficiency has increased by more than 85%; through data mining, equipment optimization and upgrading, the output has increased by 8%, the finished product rate has increased by 3%, the energy consumption has decreased by 5%, the equipment failure rate has decreased by 10%, and the equipment life has been extended by 15%.
