Quanzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau conducts research at Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd., providing targeted support to boost R&D investment.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of corporate R&D investment, overcome bottlenecks in innovative development, and solidly promote increased R&D investment, Shi Siquan, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Quanzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, recently led a delegation to visit Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. for a special research and survey.  They explored the company's innovative practices in intelligent manufacturing, green transformation, and technological breakthroughs, precisely aligning with the company's development needs. Through policy empowerment and targeted services, they aimed to safeguard the company's path to technological innovation. Guo Langtao, Deputy Director of the Taishang District Management Committee, and Fu Binghuang, Chairman of Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd., accompanied the delegation.

As one of the first batch of manufacturing single-product champion demonstration enterprises designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and a national green factory, Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. has been deeply rooted in the field of ecological block molding equipment for over forty years.  The company has consistently anchored its development direction in technological innovation, from importing and absorbing German technology to achieving breakthroughs through independent research and development, and from traditional manufacturing to intelligent upgrading, forging a unique path of innovative development. The research team first visited the company's intelligent equipment production workshop, observing the entire operation process of the intelligent cloud-controlled production line firsthand, and experiencing the transformative changes brought about by digital transformation to traditional manufacturing.

At the intelligent equipment cloud service platform, staff members provided a detailed introduction to Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.'s independently developed core technology—the "Intelligent Cloud Control System," which has been included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "National List of Major Technical Equipment for First-Time Application." This system, through the deep integration of industrial internet and AI technology, achieves real-time monitoring of production data, remote operation and maintenance, and intelligent quality inspection, becoming a benchmark case for the digital transformation of Quanzhou's equipment manufacturing industry. The research team highly praised this technological breakthrough, believing that it not only enhanced the company's core competitiveness but also provided a replicable and scalable "Quangong solution" for the digital upgrading of the industry.

Green and low-carbon development is the only way for high-quality development in the manufacturing industry. During the research process, Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.'s low-carbon concrete block molding machine and solid waste resource utilization technology attracted significant attention from the research team. As a recipient of the 2025 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize), Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. led the completion of the project "Key Technologies and Applications of Forming Equipment for High-Quality Utilization of Diverse Solid Waste Resources into Stone-Like Products." This project successfully overcame the industry challenge of "large-scale, high-quality utilization of industrial and construction solid waste," and through innovative processes, reduced equipment energy consumption.  The related equipment was recognized as a "National Green Design Product." Director Shi Siquan stated that Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. has deeply integrated technological innovation with green development, responding to the national "dual carbon" goals while also opening up new market opportunities, setting an example for the green transformation of Quanzhou's traditional manufacturing industry.
