The 2025 Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. Fourth Quarter Improvement Proposal Raffle Event has successfully concluded.

(a manufacturer of concrete block molding machines) consistently upholds the philosophy of "everyone participates, continuous improvement, and pioneering innovation," leveraging the collective wisdom of all employees as the core driving force for high-quality development, and regularly promoting improvement suggestion activities. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the improvement suggestion activity reached a new peak. As high-quality suggestions were implemented and yielded results, the highly anticipated lottery draw was held as scheduled, rewarding dedication with surprises and honoring innovation with benefits, bringing a perfect conclusion to the quarterly lean improvement journey.

Since the launch of the activity, all Quangong employees have actively participated, focusing on core areas such as production efficiency and cost control based on their respective positions, transforming work experience and detailed observations into practical improvement suggestions, and demonstrating the power of "small improvements, big achievements" through their actions. From workshop process optimization to management efficiency improvement, every suggestion embodies responsibility and commitment, and reflects a sincere dedication to the company's development.

After rigorous review by the evaluation team, more than one hundred improvement suggestions were received this quarter.  The high-quality solutions effectively solved practical problems, achieving significant results in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement, showcasing the innovative vitality of all employees. This lottery draw is not only a sincere reward for the participants but also a strong affirmation of the innovative spirit of all employees.

The atmosphere at the lottery draw was lively, with cheerful music and laughter filling the air. Participating employees were full of anticipation. Company leaders and model employee representatives were present to draw the prizes. Multiple awards, including lucky participation prizes and surprise excellence awards, were announced one by one, with cheers and applause rising and falling, pushing the atmosphere to a climax repeatedly.
