Hydraulic Automatic Locking for Face Mix Unit
The connection between the main machine and the face mix unit of the ZN1200-2S is achieved through an advanced hydraulic automatic locking system. Hydraulic cylinders drive the locking components to tightly secure the face mix unit to the main machine. When the face mix unit needs to be separated, the system releases the lock, and a geared motor drives the face mix unit to move along its rails.

Press Head Locking Device
This mechanical locking mechanism consists of high-strength locking blocks, a wedge-shaped press head, and double-acting hydraulic cylinders. During demolding, the cylinders drive the locking blocks to radially clamp the press head, forming a mechanical deadlock. The mold is then released under constant pressure, effectively eliminating elastic rebound and micro-movement—ensuring sharp brick edges, smooth surfaces, and a greatly improved product qualification rate.
