The ProBrick 8000 Series Brick Block Machine is built around a rigid welded mainframe and a dual-axis synchronized vibration platform. It processes a wide mix of raw materials—cement, crushed stone, sand, fly ash, and slag—to produce high-density blocks with compressive strengths exceeding 25 MPa. The smart PLC controller stores up to 50 mix recipes and adjusts pressing force, vibration frequency, and demolding timing automatically. With an hourly output of up to 1,200 standard bricks, the machine keeps energy consumption low through its regenerative hydraulic system, which recycles braking energy during each cycle. Mold changes are tool-free and can be accomplished by one person in under 15 minutes. A closed-loop water dosing unit maintains consistent moisture content, while the automatic pallet magazine and multi-layer rack conveyor allow continuous operation without downtime. The enclosed design minimizes dust and noise, complying with CE and ISO 9001 safety standards.
