The AAC brick making machine at the heart of the facility combines a sturdy welded steel frame with a vibration-assisted pouring system to guarantee bubble uniformity and green cake integrity. Its moulds are lined with abrasion-resistant HARDOX 450 plates that extend service life beyond 20,000 cycles. The machine incorporates a twin-screw conveying system for quick dry mix feeding, which is synchronized with the slurry mixer via load cells to maintain the exact water-to-solids ratio. An automated tilting crane lifts the poured mould onto the curing rack, where the cake gains sufficient green strength within 2–3 hours under controlled temperature and humidity. After side plate removal, the cake enters the horizontal wire cutter, which uses 0.6 mm high-tensile wires tensioned to 120 N each. The cutting frame can be quickly adjusted to produce blocks, panels, or lintels without changing the wire arrangement. Once cut, the green blocks are transferred to the grouping system and loaded onto autoclave steam trolleys.
