The AAC Panel Production Line is engineered to produce reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete panels that meet stringent international building codes. The line typically starts with wet slurry preparation using carefully proportioned silica sand, cement, lime, and aluminum powder, followed by precise reinforcement cage placement within the mold. After initial curing and tilting, the semi-plastic cake is cut horizontally and vertically by ultra-high-precision wire cutters that guarantee edge straightness and dimensional tolerance within ±1 mm. The green panels are then transferred to autoclaves, where saturated steam at 12 bar and 190°C triggers the hydrothermal reaction that gives AAC its characteristic cellular structure and mechanical strength.
