Recently, Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.’s smart factory for block-forming machinery was selected as an "Advanced-Level Smart Factory" project. Quangong officially launched its digital transformation in 2012, successively implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and R&D management systems, and transitioning product design from 2D to full 3D. Production data timeliness reached 100% with 99% accuracy; production plan accuracy improved by 15%, and capacity utilization increased by 5%.

In terms of after-sales service, Quangong established a smart equipment cloud service platform for remote operations and maintenance in 2016. Leveraging big data and internet technologies, the platform collects real-time operational data from terminal equipment to enable online monitoring, remote upgrades, fault prediction, and remote commissioning guidance. This solution overcame the challenges of time-consuming and costly on-site maintenance for customized equipment.

Currently, the time required to resolve equipment faults has been reduced from 15 days to 3 days; after-sales efficiency has improved by over 80%, and maintenance costs have been cut by more than 50%. Simultaneously, the company uses operational data from its block-forming machines to optimize products, driving an annual sales increase of over 20%. Equipment output and finished product yields have steadily risen, while energy consumption and failure rates have consistently declined, extending the equipment's service life by 15%.
