Material Compatibility and Block Types
The production line processes a wide variety of raw materials including crushed stone, sand, fly ash, slag, cement, and lightweight aggregates. Standard molds produce hollow blocks, paving stones, solid bricks, curb stones, and grass-planting grid pavers. Changeover between products takes under 40 minutes with a quick-locking mold system and pre-set recipes stored in the PLC memory. The vibration frequency and pressing duration are automatically adjusted for each block geometry to achieve optimal compaction and uniform density.

Energy Efficiency and Maintenance
The hydraulic station integrates a variable-frequency drive pump that reduces energy usage by 22-28% compared to fixed-displacement systems. Automatic central lubrication lines service all main bearing points every 2 hours, extending component life. Real-time power monitoring and fault diagnostics are visible on the remote dashboard, allowing operators to track kilowatt-hours per thousand blocks and schedule predictive maintenance. All wear parts, such as mixer blades, vibrator motor bearings, and mold liners, are accessed through bolt-on panels for rapid replacement without major disassembly.
